ARTIST HOUSE

A colourful fantasy world with thematically changing exhibitions by the Swiss artist Claire Ochsner. The artist house displays sculptures, paintings and mobiles moved by the wind on the ground floor and in the large garden. International guest artists are regularly shown at the Künstlerhaus, completing and enriching the cultural experience. The café invites you to linger and enjoy the art. In the evening, the garden is magically illuminated and resembles a mystical dream world.

Claire Ochsner’s bubbling imagination, with its lightness of movement, delicate forms and bright colours, radiates joy. The artist harmoniously combines dream and reality and creates fantastic worlds.

The artist house is located in the centre of Riehen near Basel, opposite the Fondation Beyeler and is easily accessible by public transport.

Guided tours with Claire Ochsner are available for groups all year round, including aperitifs.
